We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.

Who Covers the Shipping?

If the return is due to an error on our part (like receiving an incorrect or defective item), don't worry, we've got you covered. We'll take care of the return shipping costs. If you simply changed your mind about your collar, we ask that you pay the shipping to return it to us and we'll waive the restocking fees.

What to Expect Next

Once you've sent your item back, you can expect to see your refund within four weeks. However, most of our customers receive their refunds much sooner. Here's the breakdown:

• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your returned item
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund
